Terms of Service

1. Service Description

StoneyRebel Studios ("we," "us," "the studio") provides subscription-based software bots that integrate with Hell Let Loose game servers via the RCON protocol, and with Discord for notifications, management interfaces, and community features. By subscribing to any bot, you agree to these Terms.

Each bot is a distinct product. Subscribing to one bot does not grant access to other bots. Features, availability, and behavior of each bot are described on the individual bot's product page.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed at $9.99 USD per bot per month. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service in addition to ours.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not issue partial-month refunds.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period in which notice is given.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use our bots to manage and automate your own Hell Let Loose server. You may not:

• Use any bot to disrupt, harm, or interfere with other players' experience in a manner that violates Hell Let Loose's community standards or game rules.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our bots or any part of our platform.
• Provide false RCON credentials or use a bot against a server you do not own or have authorization to manage.
• Use our bots for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

4. RCON Credentials

To operate your bot, we require your game server's RCON address and password. You are responsible for providing accurate credentials and for maintaining the security of your own server.

We store your RCON credentials encrypted at rest. We access them only to run your bot and perform operations you have authorized. We do not share your credentials with third parties. If you cancel your subscription, your credentials are deleted within 30 days.

If you believe your RCON credentials have been compromised, rotate them on your server immediately and update them in your dashboard. You should treat your RCON password with the same care as any sensitive password.

5. Uptime and Availability

We operate on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uptime, and we do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA). Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause interruptions.

We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, missed bot actions, or service interruptions. If an extended outage occurs, we will communicate through Discord and may offer account credit at our discretion.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without prior notice if we determine, in our sole judgment, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive behavior, or that continued service poses a risk to our platform or other users. In cases of clear Terms violation, no refund will be issued.

Upon termination, your bot is deprovisioned and your RCON credentials are scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoneyRebel Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable United States law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and announce changes in our Discord server. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
