Privacy Policy

StoneyRebel Studios ("we," "us," "the studio") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it. We are a small independent studio — we collect only what we need to run the service.

1. What We Collect

Email Address

Collected when you subscribe through Lemon Squeezy. We use it for subscription receipts, billing communication, and service announcements. We do not send marketing emails.

Discord ID

Collected when you authenticate your Discord account. We use it to link your subscription to your Discord user, send bot notifications to the correct person, and authorize access to your bot's management interface.

RCON Credentials

Your game server's RCON address and password are required to operate your bot. These are stored encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We access them only to establish the connection that runs your bot. They are never logged in plaintext and never shared with third parties.

Contact Form Submissions

If you use the contact form, we receive your message and the email address you provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. These submissions are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not log or store game server data beyond the minimum required to operate your bot. Specifically:

• We do not log player data from your server unless it is directly necessary for a bot feature you have enabled.
• We do not track your activity outside of the platform (no cross-site tracking, no analytics cookies).
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any party, ever.
• We do not collect payment details directly — all payment information is handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy practices:

4. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation:

• Your RCON credentials are deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
• Your subscription record (email, Discord ID, bot configuration) is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
• Billing records may be retained by Lemon Squeezy for their legal and accounting obligations. We do not control this.

5. Security

We use encryption at rest for sensitive credentials and encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Our infrastructure is not exposed to the public internet beyond the services required to operate the platform.

No system is perfectly secure. If you become aware of a security issue related to our service, please contact us immediately through the contact form.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data at any time. To make a request, use the contact form.

Canceling your subscription through Lemon Squeezy initiates automatic data deletion per the retention schedule above. You do not need to contact us separately to trigger deletion upon cancellation.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and announce changes in our Discord. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
